As digital communications specialist, Rima manages CFI’s websites and social media channels. She supports CFI’s publications and industry engagement with digital collateral and helps plan annual events, including Financial Inclusion Week and RFF.

Rima is experienced in communications and community outreach for social impact organizations. Before CFI, Rima worked at a start-up nonprofit connecting vulnerable populations in D.C. to the social services they need and are eligible for. Rima has also worked and interned at several nonprofits, including The Nature Conservancy and The Lupus Foundation of America, where she developed her skills as a communicator and storyteller. Rima graduated from NC State University with a bachelor’s degree in sociology and minors in nonprofit studies and business administration.
